William McNutt, Co-Founder & President

Will McNutt is the Co-Founder and President of Anthem Development where he runs operations for the firm. Formerly, he was the in-house counsel for multiple real estate and investment groups, including InvestRes, ResProp Management, and Rex Real Estate, overseeing more than $1.5 billion in AUM.

At Anthem, Will is responsible for corporate strategy, contract negotiations, complex real estate transactions, fund management, as well as corporate risk and compliance.

Recently, Will worked as a member of the landing team for the Department of the Treasury during the 2025 Presidential Transition, focusing on bank supervision and regulatory policy. He previously served as a reserve JAG officer for the Texas Military Department for over a decade and was an honors graduate of the Texas A&M School of Law.
